 INT EXPRESS has developed packaging expertise for safe and efficient shipping. Many tips for smart packaging are shared below, as well as guidelines for sealing and labeling your shipments. You can use your own packaging for shipping with INT EXPRESS. INT EXPRESS uses recycled and post-consumer content materials for our envelopes, boxes, and paks. |

| Packing Your Package: |

DIMESIONAL FORMULA applies when calculating shipping charges,
(which equals the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight)
Calculate the DIM weight using the following formula:
For domestic packages multiply (L x H x W then divide by 194)
For international packages multiply (L x H x W then divide by 166) |

The maximum standard shipping capacities for express service is
150 lbs. or less in weight.
119 inches or less in length.
165 inches in length and girth combined |

Packages should be larger than 7" x 4" x 2". |
| • |
Cushion fragile items inside one box, then put into a larger box with 2" to 3" of cushioning around and inside the inner box. |

Cover all sharp or protruding edges with taped corrugated panels or pads. |

If finishes could be damaged or soiled in transit, place in protective container. |
| • |
Do not wrap the outer box with paper. |

| Sealing Your Package: |
| • |
Seal seams and flaps with pressure-sensitive plastic tape. |
| • |
Tape should be at least 2" wide, but preferably 3" wide. |
| • |
Do not use cellophane tape, masking tape, duct tape, paper tape, or string. |
| • |
Use insulation to protect perishables from extreme temperature changes. |

| Addressing Your Package Label: |

Provide complete sender and recipient addresses, including phone numbers and ZIP codes. |
| • |
Make sure all required information is included on the package. |
| • |
We cannot ensure compliance with orientation markings such as "This End Up" or up arrows. |
| • |
Place shipping labels on the top surface of your box to increase your chances for preferred orientation. |
| • |
Include your address and the destination address inside shipment as well (business cards are ideal). |
